Sir Lewis Hamilton is known for being one of, if not the best Formula 1 driver of all time with 103 Grand Prix victories and seven world championships, but what is almost as impressive is Hamilton’s outrageous property portfolio, including an AUD$60 million New York City Penthouse that he never lived in!
NEW YORK
Kicking things off wth the Big Apple. Lewis purchased the penthouse of a condo project partially owned by NFL goat Tom Brady and his wife Gisele in the Tribeca area in 2019. This was his second purchase in the big apple after previously living in a luxury apartment in Greenwich Village.

Notable owners on the block, according to The Post, include Justin Timberlake, Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Rebel Wilson.

Hamilton sold the apartment for AUD$69.5 million after never living in it and made quite a substantial profit.
LONDON
For the handsome sum of $33 million, Hamilton purchased a six-bedroom West London villa previously owned by the chief designer of Burberry Christopher Bailey.
The property also has two large bathrooms, four living rooms and a 200ft garden.

MONTE CARLO
As expected, Hamilton has an affinity for Monaco, like most F1 drivers.
There is no evidence of where his purchase is or for how much, but after sharing views from the balcony on social media, it is believed to be in the exclusive Fontvieille area.
The penthouses in this region can usually average anywhere from around $20-60 million.
